All conference attendee's coming from outside Canada to attend the conference need to have necessary documentation to come to Canada such as an eTA or visitor’s visa. No work permit is required. U.S. citizens coming from the U.S. can get authorization at the border. Everyone else will need either an eTA or visitor’s visa.
Attendees can be any of cultural leaders, community leaders, academics, policy makers, researchers, politicians, activists, environmentalists, students government officials, teachers, artists and the general public.

The registration fees are exempt from GST, HST/PST.

Payment of registration fees (USD) can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
We appreciate your interest in attending the Global Cultural Leaders Congress (GCLC) Conference, organized by GCLC. Before proceeding with the registration process, please carefully read and understand our "No Refund" policy. By completing the registration and payment process, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:
No Refunds: GCLC has a strict "No Refund" policy for all conference registrations and attendees. Once the registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellations, non-attendance, visa denials, personal conflicts, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation: Cancellation of your attendance at the conference does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund of the registration fee.
Transfer of Registration: The registration is non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration to another person without prior written consent from GCLC.
Force Majeure: GCLC shall not be held responsible for any losses or additional expenses incurred by participants in the event of unforeseen circumstances or "Force Majeure" events. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, civil unrest, strikes, public health emergencies, or any other situations beyond the organizer's control that may lead to the postponement ,cancellation, or alteration of the conference.
Travel and Accommodation: GCLC is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants in relation to the conference. Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and securing appropriate insurance to cover any potential losses.
Program Changes: GCLC reserves the right to modify the conference program, including the agenda, speakers, and venue, at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall not entitle participants to a refund.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the conference's Code of Conduct throughout the event. Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from the conference, with no entitlement toa refund.
Personal Belongings: GCLC shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the conference.
